TÓM LƯỢC VAI TRÒ CHỨC NĂNG

Vị trí này chịu trách nhiệm

(1) bán giải pháp quản lý bất động sản của Propzy cho các khách hàng mới và/ hoặc mở rộng cơ hội kinh doanh với các khách hàng có sẵn cũng như duy trì quan hệ khách hàng

(2) phát triển mạng lưới cư dân tự do tải và sử dụng dịch vụ trên ứng dụng của Propzy

(3) phát triển mạng lưới đối tác cung cấp dịch vụ nhằm xây dựng hệ thống cung cấp các dịch vụ cư dân.

Trong vai trò này, bạn sẽ làm việc chặt chẽ với các đội: Marketing, Phát triển sản phẩm, Hỗ trợ khách hàng để đảm bảo hoàn thành chỉ tiêu kinh doanh được giao. Vị trí này có thể yêu cầu làm việc bên ngoài văn phòng.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Tìm kiếm và phát triển khách hàng mới - cơ hội kinh doanh mới theo chỉ tiêu kinh doanh được giao

• Phát triển, duy trì quan hệ kinh doanh lâu dài với khách hàng

• Là đầu mối tương tác giữa Propzy và khách hàng

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Property Developer team to archive Delivery committed
  • Is the single point of contact for all Services in their assigned accounts
  • Advises customer Business and Technology Decision Makers (BDM/TDM) how to best realize the value of their Propzy solution technology investment through strategic business alignment, innovation, implementation, productive use and support.
  • Is responsible for strategy, planning, marketing/positioning, crafting and selling our entire services portfolio (advisor, consulting and support) deep into assigned account/s.
  • Is accountable for attaining the revenue quota for TAP KPI in assigned account/s
  • Oversees the delivery of all contracted services to ensure account team alignment, customer connection and high overall satisfaction
  • Uses customer business reviews to identify customer strengths or gaps, and finds additional ways in which the Services team can add value and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Selects a medium- to long-term selling strategy directly aligned with Strategic account across all service lines; plan and identifies high revenue and future potential accounts
  • Influencing a network of key contacts, including corporate-level executives, across a division or business group within the customer environment through understanding the customer, the industry, and the competition. Execute strategy planning, target account profiling and development resulting in: Services growth plans; lead and opportunity identification; coordinated “one Propzy” account plans.
  • Owning the sales cycle for Services opportunities end-to-end by managing opportunities through the sales stages in the sales process: prospect, qualify, solution, proof, close and involving delivery management proactively in complex deals. Engages in sometimes-difficult negotiations.

  • A minimum of 7+ years account management experience in a relevant, property environment is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required or MBA/Master’s degree preferred

  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)

Procurement

  • Check proper required documents of vendor as policy, ask approval from authorized managers on Vendor Registration Form
  • Keep update and maintain fulfilled database of vendor in the excel file
  • Manage contract in terms of documents, follow up the expired date and report to Finance team prior to 01 month.
  • Manage to fill the hardcopy of documents related to Procurement.
  • Make PO and receipt after receiving PR (purchase request) from stakeholders.
  • Update into the purchasing database mater file and report to Finance team Monhtly and by the end of quarter
  • Be fully in charge of purchasing goods for Non Sales/MKT functions from vendor sourcing, management, selection and evaluation.

  • Proficiency English & Vietnamese
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures and management sofware (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)

We are looking for a customer experience manager who can help Propzy to improve the experiences customers have when engaging with our platform, from Marketplace to TAP by regularly assessing how Propzy’s sales, marketing and service departments work together to deliver a seamless customer experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.

  • Oversee the customer experience metrics as an integral part of performance management.
